The Role
We are seeking a high-energy, organized, and charismatic Events Customer Success Specialist to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will drive attendance, engagement, and experience across our UAE‑based events, while building and maintaining strong relationships within the Architecture & Design community.
Key Activities
The operational responsibilities of this position include:
- Curate and manage event invite lists from Love That Design’s Architecture & Design database.
- Enrich and segment stakeholder data for UAE‑based events and activations.
- Drive the full RSVP lifecycle to ensure strong and relevant attendance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for designers, partners, and event guests.
