Position Overview
As a Customer Success Manager (Spanish Portfolio) , you will manage and grow relationships with Spanish-speaking clients , ensuring high retention, customer satisfaction, and revenue expansion.
You will combine customer success and commercial acumen , acting as a strategic partner to clients while identifying opportunities to increase adoption and generate additional value.
