We're looking for a people-first Customer Success Manager to join a growing SaaS technology company in Liverpool, delivering smart asset management software to industrial customers across the UK.

This isn't a sales role, and it isn't a support desk. It's all about making sure customers genuinely love using the product, from their very first onboarding call: right through training, implementation, support to renewal.
