This is a leadership position.
You will:
- Manage CRM builds, workflows, and automations
- Run fast 1–2 hour client onboarding sessions
- Train clients and ensure adoption
- Lead a Customer Success team (3–15 people)
- Oversee account health, retention, and client satisfaction
- Work directly with the CEO and U.S. leadership
You will be the face of success for our CRM clients and the leader of our Davao CRM/CSM team.
Key Responsibilities
CRM / Technical Work
- Build and optimize pipelines, automations, and triggers
- Maintain clean data, dashboards, and routing logic
- Troubleshoot CRM issues and elevate technical needs
Customer Success
- Deliver fast onboarding (1–2 hours max)
