Your mission

This Dubai-based role is for a Customer Success Manager who can be strategic with executives, precise with operating plans and practical with customer adoption realities. In this role you will guide our enterprise customers through their post‑sales journeys and AI‑powered automation transformation programs. Based in Dubai, you will be the strategic orchestrator who turns automation ambition into measurable business outcomes for local customers. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of professional services, adoption strategies, organizational change management and a proven track record of delivering impact to customers. This role requires executive presence, operational discipline, a strong bias towards action and the ability to navigate ambiguity while driving results through internal and external teams.
