Job Description
Client Success Managers are responsible for overseeing the team’s overall performance – from their work efficiency to campaign status. They also represent the company throughout campaigns and when interacting with clients, reporting every aspect of it.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing mid-size to enterprise accounts, focusing on handling global companies in regions such as the US and EU.
