Job Description
Location – Hybrid; on average 3 days from home, 2 days in London offices
The opportunity is to join a leading City based IT Managed Services Provider.
The role is Customer Success Manager, looking after 20-30 existing clients, all tied into long-term support/managed service contracts.
The role is to be the first point of contact for client issues, look after renewals, quotes for project work and hardware/licenses, and perform quarterly SLA review meetings.
The role is hybrid (home based 3 days, in the offices 2). The basic salary is circa £50,000 plus bonus.
