About the Role

The Customer Success Manager (CSM) is the face of the company. The role involves heading up implementation of new customers and providing long‑term guidance to ensure they achieve their objectives. As the voice of the customer within the business, the CSM works cross‑functionally on product development, process improvements, and support to support customers regionally.

What you will do

  • Attend, contribute to, and eventually lead Discovery Workshops with customers.
  • Map customer requirements to EazyStock capabilities.
  • Provide user training.
