Behind every one of those customers is a relationship that needs to be built, maintained, and grown. That's where you come in.

What you will do

  • Onboard new customers and manage the full customer journey
  • Own renewals and drive retention across your portfolio
  • Monitor operational performance and act on anomalies
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally
  • Share customer insights with product and engineering teams
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of customers across time zones
  • Stay current on KSATlite services and upcoming capabilities
