What you will be doing
DXC Technology is looking for a Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join a large, enterprise-scale government account delivering critical services to New Zealand.
This is a high‑impact, client‑facing role where you’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure services deliver real value—not just meet SLAs. You’ll play a key role in shaping outcomes, improving customer experience, and strengthening long‑term partnerships.
What will keep you busy
- You’ll sit at the centre of the account—connecting customer needs with delivery execution and ensuring strong, outcome‑focused service performance.
- Build and manage relationships with senior customer stakeholders
- Develop and execute Customer Success Plans aligned to business outcomes
- Lead service reviews and governance forums, focusing on value and performance
- Drive improvements in service quality, stability, and user experience
