The Customer Success & Sales Representative is an outbound-focused project manager responsible for generating new business opportunities through proactive outreach, managing customer project follow-through internally, and keeping Salesforce updated with accurate, timely information. This is a hunting role — success is measured by activity, initiative, and new opportunity creation.
