Job Description

Responsibilities:

- Maintain strong business relationships with our top enterprise customers by monitoring their use of our software and conducting regular business reviews

- Own the customer as the primary point of contact, define a success plan with deliverables, and ensure clear communication across all activities of the customer's after-sales journey

- Be consultative, build credibility, relationships, and influence C-level stakeholders

- Be passionate about the products, understand the features to excellently deliver customer goals


Skills Needed:

- Great time management skills and can deliver results with urgency

- Excellent customer service mindset and communication skills.

- Focused on delivering results with minimal supervision

- Must be good in English

- Familiarity with monday.com or Freshworks products is a plus.
