Responsibilities
- Deliver a professional, welcoming, and efficient front‑of‑house service
- Maintain highest standards of administration for the care home, using correct systems and ways of working
- Ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, excellent customer service, and effective support to the Home Manager and wider team
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in providing excellent customer service in a receptionist or administrative role
- Experience of payroll administration and processing employee related information
