Customer Support Associate (Tier 2)

Shift:
US Rotational Shifts | Rotational Work Week (Mon–Fri / Tue–Sat / Wed–Sun)
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers.
Assist candidates with recruitment-related queries and self-service portal navigation.
Log and track cases using the ticketing system.
Resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate teams.
Maintain SLA targets and deliver excellent customer service.
Perform customer verification as per company policies and GDPR guidelines.
Make outbound calls when required.
Update process documentation and knowledge base.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication.
Basic knowledge of ticketing tools (ServiceNow preferred), MS Office, and ERP systems.
