Pay: $20.00/hr

Schedule: M-F 8-5; Onsite

Answer inbound customer calls and e-mails to resolve issues, discuss delivery timeframes and gather info to validate business status and credit limits

Participate in learning a vast company product catalog

Data entry and documentation of customer communication

Work cross functionally with Sales, Accounting and Logistics
