Customer Support Executive (Digital Ads) – Mandarin

We are looking for Mandarin-speaking professionals with experience in Customer Service/Customer Support and exposure to Online Advertising or Digital Marketing .

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via voice, chat, and email.
• Support clients with online advertising and account-related concerns.
• Provide timely solutions while delivering excellent customer experience.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Customer Experience
• Exposure to Google Ads, Meta Ads, Social Media Advertising, Online Advertising, or Digital Marketing is an advantage
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
