Customer Support Executive

We are looking for customer service executives to provide excellent customer service. The job involves outbound calling, handing inbound enquiries and providing customer service on messaging applications. The role can be purely calling or customer service back office operations depending on communication level, prior work experience and aggression towrads work completion.

This role requires data management, record keeping and preparing reports.
