Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to members of company and other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
- Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
- Ad to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas.
- Accurately and efficiently encode all data; Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/ requirement/s;
- Performing administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments.
- Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other office tasks as assigned by Manager.
