Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to members of company and other individuals seeking assistance by answering questions about products or services, processing orders and handling complaints.
  • Maintaining relationships with current customers by providing them with product information and promotional offers.
  • Ad to and meet set schedules, deadlines and quotas.
  • Accurately and efficiently encode all data; Confirmed that entered data accurately aligns with original documentation/ requirement/s;
  • Performing administrative tasks such as greeting clients, answering phones & scheduling appointments.
  • Coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform any other office tasks as assigned by Manager.
