Responsibilities

Contact clients and follow up on property recovery cases

Maintain proper records of recovery activities

Communicate with clients regarding pending payments or property matters

Coordinate with the office team and provide regular updates

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Intermediate

1–2 years of relevant experience preferred

Good communication and negotiation skills:
Candidate should be able to communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explain recovery matters effectively, and handle discussions confidently to resolve pending issues.

Basic knowledge of documentation and reporting:
Must be able to maintain proper records of recovery visits, prepare simple reports, update case ...
