Customer Support Representative - Collections

We are looking for a Collections Specialist to build relationships with customers and resolve disputed accounts for our New Zealand and Australian credit card products.

Full‑time, 40 hours per week, rostered 8:30am–8:30pm Monday to Friday. The role offers a hybrid working model: three days in the office and two days from home to provide work‑life balance.

What does an average day look like?

• Build and maintain strong relationships inbound and outbound with customers.
• Provide quality resolution of disputed accounts.
• Absorb and act on advice and direction from the Collections Management Team.
• Undertake tasks directed by the Management Team.
• Establish “win‑win” strategies through effective negotiation techniques.
