Job Description
Customer Support Representative
- Respond to customer queries via chat, email, and social media and through in app support.
- Resolve user complaints and ensure a great customer experience.
- Assist with onboarding new users and guiding them through the app.
- Gather and document user feedback for improvements.
- Handle complaints and ensure quick issue resolution.
- Monitor reviews and address concerns effectively.
- Also following up with customers
- Community Engagement
- Build relationships with users
