Job Title: International Customer Support Agent (British Accent Required) (Office-Based)

Salary: PKR 70,000- 90,000 (Based on spoken English proficiency)

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced International Customer Support Agent with a natural or near-native British accent to handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls for global clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer communication, experience working with British customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle multiple inbound and outbound international calls efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate clearly and confidently with customers, especially UK-based clients.
• Understand customer needs, provide accurate information, and ensure customer satisfaction.
