Job Description
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve client issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
- Document customer interactions and transactions clearly and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer concerns.
- Maintain performance metrics including quality, attendance, and productivity.
Qualifications
- At least 2 years of college education completed.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in international voice BPO.
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and active listening abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work in Pasay on a dayshift schedule with 2 fixed weekends off.
