・Receiving, verifying, and processing various import/export documents ・Preparing customs documents in cooperation with relevant departments ・Customs declaration procedures using ECUS5/VNACCS software; supporting the acquisition of COs (Certificates of Origin) ・Managing and updating cargo status and customs clearance progress ・Coordinating and communicating with relevant parties such as shipping companies, freight forwarders, ports, overseas agents, and the Japanese head office ・Issuing invoices to customers and processing payments to partner companies ・Other related duties as instructed by supervisors
Job Requirement
・Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher
・Language: English - Conversational Level, sufficient for email correspondence
