• Customs Clearance Documentation Specialist (CDZ Documentation Specialist) is responsible for ensuring the efficient and compliant processing of import and export shipments through customs, arranging domestic trucking and performing other value-added services as required.

• Serve as the primary contact for customers to arrange customs clearance, trucking, and other value-added services.
• Develop and execute customer Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Ensure all documents are complete and correct before proceeding with customs clearance.
