Perform a variety of tasks to trim, scuff and reinforce all blade types.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
+ Follow work instructions and adapt to the work instructions as they change.
+ Scuff laminate surface with pneumatic grinder. (Take the gloss off)
+ Remove laminate defects with different pneumatic tools.
+ Apply glue to areas that have voids (inside and outside the blade).
+ Employees working inside the blade must adhere to confined space plan.
+ May work with variety of chemicals.
+ Grind excess glass & Resin inside and outside the root end.
+ Clean out inside of blade of dust debris.
+ Wear designated personal protective equipment and follow all health and safety guidelines.
+ Maintain 5s standards.
