As a CVC, Order Management Team Leader, your mission is to [In conjunction with the Hongwave’s rules and practices, lead team work with sales team and other related departments to achieve customers’ satisfaction and ensure the success and the consistency of company's objectives by efficient commercial order book management process and business improvement program, support China customer care manager to execute all functions of CVC team.].   • Strategically align the China customer care resoureces and processes with each market sector to ensure Hongwave delivers world class customer service, enabling profitable growth upon the 3 years’ forecast provided by each market sector.
