CVD Load Port Health Data Intern

This internship project focuses on developing an understanding of load port health assessment within chemical vapor deposition manufacturing tools. The intern will explore load port functionality, key performance parameters, and health indicators through structured data review and guided learning.

During the internship, the intern will gain exposure to multiple chemical vapour deposition tool platforms and develop an understanding of load port configurations, functions, and critical health parameters.
