Job Summary
:The Workplace Effectiveness Specialist will play a strategic role in the Yanacocha project, collaborating directly with the leader of the CWEO area in the planning, execution and continuous improvement of critical activities. This position is oriented to data management, coordination of multidisciplinary initiatives and generation of analytical tools that boost efficiency on the work front.
Major Responsibilities:
Developing and coordinating data collection and analysis cycles in critical areas of the project.

Collecting and analyzing data of improvement opportunities. Supporting action plan initiatives with different project disciplines.

Managing and developing dashboards, graphs and productivity analysis aimed at continuous improvement.

Organizing technical documentation, control versions and support in revision processes.
