Job Summary
:In this role, you will support construction workface effectiveness programs including coordination of participants, course design, leadership development, learning tools, facilitation methods, dashboards, and reporting. You will monitor program quality and progress, collect data, and coordinate analysis activities. Your input and recommendations will support the design and effectiveness of future courses. #LI-NP1 
Major Responsibilities:

CWE Operations Specialist / Corporate Specialist 
Provides scheduling, communication, and administrative support 

Reviews and ensures quality assurance testing on all training materials created 

Makes minor modifications to learning design to accommodate regional training needs
