**Job Title: Certified Welding Inspector – 3rd Shift Trainer**
**Job Description**
This role combines hands-on welding inspection with classroom and weld cell instruction to train new welders on 3rd shift. You will support new hires by delivering structured weld training, setting up practice and test welds, and ensuring all work meets established quality and certification standards.
**Responsibilities**
+ Train new incoming welders during 3rd shift in both weld cell and classroom-style settings.
+ Lead weld classes of approximately 8–16 students, providing clear instruction and demonstrations.
+ Train alongside another trainer on 3rd shift to deliver consistent and effective welding instruction.
+ Set up weld practice exercises and test welds for new hires to evaluate their skills and readiness.
