- Main responsibilities:
- Perform technical analysis to install core model hardware and software, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance.
- Provide technical support for peripheral IT equipment such as barcode scanners, industrial printers, touch screen displays, laboratory instruments, and HMIs.
- Maintain cybersecurity metrics for the sites, including managing operating system patching, obsolescence management/hardening, firewall rules, and inventory of cybersecurity systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve technical issues and implement enhancements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve IT infrastructure and cybersecurity measures.
