Responsibilities

• Provides service to customers in North/Mid/South America.
• Understands customer requirements and business objectives. Proposes effective cybersecurity services with appropriate solutions.
• Provides managerial/technical advice on using cybersecurity knowledge and technology to achieve goals and create value.
• Manages IT initiatives and collaborates with technical staff and 3rd party vendors.
• Designs IT systems and networks ensuring cybersecurity. Provides assistance with technical issues.
• Works both independently and as part of a team to complete assigned projects successfully, on time and within budget. Monitors risks and proactively escalates and communicates with team members and stakeholders as needed.
• Provides technical advice, training and support to customers’ IT staff as designated by management.
