Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical support to customers through phone, chat, email, and on-site visits.
- Provide support in a 24×7 environment, including rotating shifts.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner to customers.
