Position Information Position Title Cybersecurity Technician FLSA Non-Exempt FT/PT Full Time Hours Per Week Work Schedule 8:30 am - 5 pm Grade 11 Summary The Cybersecurity Technician is responsible for assisting senior personnel with evaluating and maintaining secure processes for the college’s networks and workplace infrastructure. This technician is also responsible for scheduled escalations serving as the tier 2 for our Technology Service Center personnel. Ensuring end-user satisfaction and implementing industry best practices are key elements in this position. The Cybersecurity Technician needs to be able to work efficiently and independently to assist senior cyber personnel in resolving issues and produce quality work products for the college.
