What You'll D
Own revenue and growth targets for the D2 C channel - traffic, conversion, retention, AO
Identify gaps in the funnel and fix them: drop-offs, pricing, UX, catalogue, campaign
Spot new business opportunities - bundles, categories, customer segments, market whites...
