Job Description
We’re looking for a Middle+ Data Analyst to own product and portfolio analytics for Credit Cards: dashboards, recurring performance reporting, and A/B testing analytics. You will work closely with Product Managers and the Head of Cards to make decisions fast and evidence-based. The role goes beyond reporting - you’ll build a clear metrics system, drive experimentation readouts, and help the team understand what actually moves the portfolio.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports that are actually used (clarity > complexity)
- Support A/B tests end-to-end: analytics input on design, sizing sanity checks, results readout, rollout recommendations
- Define and standardize metric definitions with stakeholders (one source of truth)
- Work closely with product and data to align every report with real business goals
- Step in beyond your scope when needed — we value ownership over rigid roles
