Pay

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

It is our policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we also have opportunities for this.

We will schedule your contracted hours within the availability windows and give you three weeks’ notice of your exact shifts. We support flexibility, so if your availability matches closely but not exactly we would still love to hear from you.
