Damascus OSP Program Lead — Telecomm Expansion

Norconsult Telematics based in Dubai seeks an experienced project manager for the Outside Plant expansion program. You will lead project management activities, ensuring project tasks are executed efficiently and correctly. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of telecom project experience, with a minimum of 5 years in management.

Strong leadership, communication skills, and proficiency in English are essential. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or Engineering is required, alongside PMP certification.
