Business Operations Specialist

This role sits within our Retail Energy Division, is an indefinite contract, and English fluency is required.

Role Impact

As a key member of the Business Operations team, you'll manage critical operational and regulatory data and reporting processes that keep our business running smoothly, profitably, and in compliance with regulations. Through this work, you'll develop expertise in the US retail energy market, regulatory requirements, and business operations while building valuable analytical and project management skills.

Areas of Responsibility

• Business Reporting & Data Management (35%)
  • Support the analysis of key performance metrics, by cohorts, including sales growth, customer acquisition costs, churn rates, and profitability.
  • Maintain and update key business data in Tableau and other reporting systems.
