Workforce Planning and People Analytics Intern
This position aims to strengthen the execution, control, and analysis of positions; as well as to manage and support headcount and labor costs by working closely with Finance, HRBPs, and Operations in a global environment.
The Workforce Planning and People Analytics Intern will be based in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Main activities of the role
Updating and analyzing reports related to Workforce Planning
Supporting the team in activities such as:Budgeting and resource planning for manufacturingBudgeting and resource planning for corporate functions
Position Management in Workday
Preparing reports and monitoring area KPIs
Supporting process improvement and information quality initiatives
Requirements
Degrees related to economic-administrative areas, preferably with a focus on data analysis
