Job Description
**Responsibilities**:- Participate in operational support include implementation support, administrative and operations coordination for the various products, programs and services offered by the business.
- Perform acceptance testing and platform rollouts.
- Liaise between operations staff, product managers, relationship managers, portfolio managers, custodians, and clients- Conduct support activities dealing with record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval, account opening, imaging and administering/maintaining client accounts.
- Applies good understanding of how the team interacts with others in accomplishing the goals of the area.
- Requires a good knowledge of the range of processes, procedures and systems to be used in carrying out assigned tasks including the correct execution of control mechanisms related to assure integrity data and policies accomplishment and a basic understanding of the underlying concepts and principles.
