The Data Analytics & Automation (DAA) team aims to create and implement data analytics and automation solutions that improve operational efficiency & Risk Management and drive commercial success. The team uses its coding skills and business knowledge along with its colleagues to reduce manual work, streamline processes, mitigate risks, and improve the client experience. The team also supports commercial and strategy teams by providing solutions that make insights accessible, enable effective data-driven decisions, and support the sales process. The team is not just a servicing back-end team, but a coding-driven business team that delivers value at a fast pace. The team's Artificial Intelligence (AI) workstream and solutions have recently gained global attention and will continue to propose down-to-earth AI solutions that bring real value to the firm.
