Data Analytics Specialist Premier Inn Hub

Reporting to the Information Technology Director you'll play a key role in transforming data into meaningful business insights that help drive better decisions across our hotels and regional Hub office. You'll be responsible for developing modern reporting solutions dashboards and analytics that support business performance across Operations, Commercial, Finance, Revenue, People & Culture, Procurement and Guest Experience.

You’ll work closely with stakeholders across the business to understand their challenges and translate complex data into simple actionable insights. From designing executive dashboards to automating reporting processes you’ll help move the business from manual reporting to real-time data-driven decision making.
