About the Role
Syndeticom in Sydney is seeking a full-time experienced Data Cabling Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting of structured cabling and telecommunications infrastructure across commercial client sites.
Key Responsibilities
• Install, terminate and test structured copper and fibre optic cabling systems
• Install telecommunications infrastructure including data racks, patch panels, cable trays and ladder racks
• Perform cable routing, labelling, dressing and termination in accordance with industry standards
• Conduct fault finding and troubleshooting of network and communications cabling systems
• Install and maintain cabling systems for data, alarm, access control, fire and automation systems
