Programming & Data

• Strong proficiency in Python

• Solid SQL skills with experience in relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred; SQL Server acceptable)

• Understanding of data pipelines (ETL/ELT) and data processing workflows

• Familiarity with data normalization, schema design, and basic data validation/reconciliation concepts

Systems & Environment

• Comfortable working in Linux environments

• Experience with scripting, automation, and log-based troubleshooting

Production & Reliability

• Exposure to monitoring and alerting concepts

• Experience debugging issues in live systems

• Candidates should have prior experience debugging and supporting production systems under time-sensitive conditions

Development Practices

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and basic CI/CD workflows

• Understanding of clean code practices and structured development
