Responsibilities

• Design and maintain a consistent, scalable enterprise data architecture.
• Build and manage scalable ETL/ELT pipelines and data warehouses from various source systems (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Finance, and Patient Management Systems).
• Maintain high data quality, accuracy, and integrity through robust data validation and automated monitoring.
• Optimize database and infrastructure performance for fast reporting and analytics.
• Lead the development of executive, operational, and performance dashboards for multi-branch healthcare operations (Finance, Marketing, HR, and Clinic Operations).
• Define and standardize corporate KPI frameworks and Business Intelligence reporting guidelines.
