We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to accurately enter, update, and maintain information in company databases and systems. This role requires strong attention to detail, speed, accuracy, and the ability to handle repetitive tasks efficiently. This is a long term contract opportunity.


Key Responsibilities:

+ Enter and update data into internal databases, spreadsheets, and systems

+ Verify data for accuracy and completeness

+ Review source documents and correct errors as needed

+ Maintain organized digital and physical records

+ Generate basic reports and assist with data audits

+ Respond to information requests and retrieve records when needed

+ Work with team members to ensure timely processing of information

+ Follow company procedures for confidentiality and data security
