Data Entry Operator – Joinery

Responsibilities

• Enter and maintain project production material and inventory data in ERP systems and spreadsheets
• Prepare and update production tracking reports, material logs and job status records
• Verify data accuracy and resolve discrepancies in coordination with relevant departments
• Maintain records of work orders, cutting lists, material requisitions and delivery documentation
• Support the production procurement and planning teams with timely data updates
• Organize and manage electronic and physical documents related to joinery projects
• Generate reports and summaries as required by management
• Monitor data quality and ensure all records are up to date
• Coordinate with workshop stores and project teams to obtain and update information
• Maintain confidentiality of company and project information
