**Data Entry Specialist****Join Our Team as a Data Entry Specialist at Equivity!
****What You'll Do**:- Access and work within both the existing system and the new system to transfer and validate data.
- Create and enter Sales Orders (SOs) and Purchase Orders (POs) with accurate details, including product information, pricing, and customer/vendor data; and any other data as required.
- Migrate information from the existing system to the new system, carefully checking for accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
- Review and validate pricing, quantities, and other critical details on Sales Orders to ensure accuracy.
- Analyze data during the migration to identify errors, inconsistencies, or values that don't make sense.- Flag and resolve discrepancies by coordinating with internal teams.
- Provide feedback on the new system's functionality and assist in process improvements as needed.
- You will report to the CEO and management.
